Yesterday I got the last of the invitations for my 9th annual nondenominational holiday potluck mailed out. December 9 is the big day. So now I have to think of something to make myself. I definitely have to make the rum cake again. That's always a big hit. Beyond that, I don't know. I've made a chicken and wild rice casserole in past years that was well received. I haven't made spinach kugel in a long time, and that's a great potluck recipe because it tastes as good at room temp as it does hot so it can be baked ahead of time. Maybe I could pair the kugel with some roast beef or other meat for the carnivores. I'll have to think about this some more.
