SDP Lab Report

Yesterday I made a B.A.T.--that's a bacon, avocado, and tomato sandwich--for lunch. I was inspired by a co-worker who was eating a sandwich with just avocado and tomato on it last week. I thought to myself, "You know what would make that sandwich even better? Bacon." As we know, bacon makes everything better. Because the bacon and avocado have plenty of fat in them, I decided to forgo the traditional mayo and just use a little Dijon mustard on the bread. I have to say, this sandwich was very tasty. I'll definitely be making it again.

Gotta love the 'cado; and bacon really does make anything better.

Except cake. I don't think bacon and cake would go well together, but if someone wants to prove me wrong...
