Strawberry Salsa

I tried that strawberry salsa with the tilapia, and it was very good. So, as promised, here's the recipe. This is adapted from the Gourmet magazine cookbook. I omitted the sugar and substituted cayenne pepper for the jalapeno; I also used a little more onion.

1 1/2 C strawberries
1 small white onion
2 T cilantro
2 T lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped. Enjoy!
