...time for my annual holiday potluck. Because of my current money woes, I'm going to scale back a bit this year, so I'm not buying an entire ham or other expensive piece of meat for my guests. Instead, I'll probably make a chicken casserole (I have an oldie but a goodie that calls for wild rice), along with my rum cake and maybe a vegetarian pizza for the folks who don't eat meat. Let's hope that by this time next year I'm gainfully employed and can throw a real gala for my friends.
